10th Ave Tower provides an extravagant development plan that goes above and beyond the status quo.  The current plan is to provide the initial 5-7 stories as apartments and the remaining 7-9 floors as condominiums.  Condo owners will have a separate Key Fob or key pad to access the remaining upper floors. This gated community will ensure that residents feel safe and secure in their new home.  Each unit will have a private balcony for added space, comfort, and relaxation.  A five story covered parking garage will allow easy access to and from the building, as well as added security.
